New year, new start. May all your dreams come true in 2021!
10, 9,8,7,6 Feet apart…
A year full of challenges, you’re likely excited to start fresh in a new year that will (hopefully!) feel a lot less chaotic than 2020. Thank you for being with me through this loooong year that felt like a rollercoaster, but we’re ending on a high
( I am someone’s mom now y’all yippee).
This year has been extremely busy, even from the confinements of our own homes. Even with a lot of hard work and perseverance. Momster life (new mom), acting, and singing life has fallen by the wayside. I have made it through this with about 3000 fewer followers than I did at the beginning of the year (Yikes). I won’t blame it on anyone else but myself, Yes and maybe PROCRASTINATION
My kryptonite (procrastination) lead to inconsistently posting. Procrastination affects us all and for me, it stopped my good vibe. Even with all the planning, desire, and good intentions, often we all fall victim to procrastination. It has the power to delay our progress; to rob us of our belief in ourselves and what we are doing, and to halt our achievements.
I think the turn of the calendar is the perfect time to reflect on how we grew the previous year, and plan our goals for the next.
This year offers us a brand new start and I want to take this opportunity to start fresh with you and take a healthy journey together to stop procrastination.
Let’s learn tricks and find tools to help keep procrastination at an all-time low.
We didn’t see 2020 coming- and we have no idea what’s in store for us in 2021. I want you to have this guide in your hands so that no matter what happens, you can still show up with your human-alien power.
The self-paced guide is simple. It’s something you can totally do on your own. It will help you pull the highlights and lessons from 2020 and set strategic intentions and goals for 2021. This year’s theme, “Intentional365.”
After the year we’ve had, intention and care are what we need as we ease into this new year.
As you work through the workbook, share your progress with me on social media using the hashtag #HumanAlienintention
